Chaotically Creative Networking

Scottish Creative Network is a regular creative networking event in Glasgow, based at The Social Hub. 

Hosted by Greig Middlemiss & Ross Grubb, who believe networking for creatives should be done differently. 

Community first, chaos second - SCN is networking like no other.  Walk in alone, and leave with new friends and new creative opportunities. 

Monthly Community Speakers

We bring you speakers from every type of creative fields.  Designers, illustrators, photographers, crafters, painters and makers.  

Every one, sourced from our local creative community.  We believe in giving a platform for those around us who inspire us, and have a story to share. 

Creative Chaos

If there's one thing that makes an SCN event truly 'an SCN event' - it's what we call Creative Chaos. 

 

Every month, we come up with a zany twist on a game to help get everyone in the room connected, to talk to each other, and to 'break the ice' in the most stupidly silly ways possible. 

 

It's networking without the business cards, and team-building without the 'trust falls'. 

 

We've done our own twist on Beer Pong, we turned Jenga into a networking quiz, we even came up with 'Nerf-Working' (yep, we love a nerf gun). 

SCN is the place to connect with creatives and walk out with new friends. 

Community Focused

We passionately believe that everyone in the creative community is welcome.  Welcome to come and connect with their fellow creatives, at whatever level of their career (or hobby).  It doesn't matter if you've been in the business 20 years, or you picked up a camera for the first time last week.  

All creatives of any sort are welcome at SCN.
